ALLER-C is a powerful and effective combination formula. It contains natural Quercetin and Hesperidin (from Citrus Bioflavonoids), which have proven to be two of the most useful and physiologically active flavonoids, plus Bromelain (an enzyme from pineapple), which increases the absorption of quercetin. ALLER-C is a powerful antioxidant product. Quercetin has a stabilizing effect on mast cells. Mast cells contain a substance called histamine. Too much histamine gives rise to symptoms seen in allergies, such as nasal congestion, rash, itching and swelling of the eyes and nose. Stabilizing the mast cells leads to the release of smaller amounts of histamine.
